Hello, My name is Tufail. I am a physician board certified in Occupational Medicine and General Preventive Medicine/Public Health. I have an MPH in epidemiology from UCLA and MS in Preventive Medicine from Ohio State University. I was a faculty member at the University of Texas Medical Branch from 1996 to 2006. Currently, I am self-employed and working as an occupational physician and consultant.

My interests are teaching, writing, and traveling. I am especially interested in creating learning material to help practice occupational medicine and evidence-based medicine. In addition, I have an everlasting love for philosophy.
